Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Infinite Success Pvt. Ltd., No.1, Samandam Garden, Ground Floor, Taramani Link Road, Velachery Chennai – 600042, Tamil Nadu, India..

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase service from Us.

• Service refers to the the seminar.

• Website refers to Infinite Success Events Pvt. Ltd, accessible from https://www.infinitesuccess.co.in

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The fees collected to book the ticket for the seminar/event are returnable only if the event is cancelled by us.  If for any reason you are not able to attend the event or the seminar after booking the ticket the cancellation of the ticket and refund of the fees is not possible. 

In case the event is cancelled by us, the fees collected for that particular event will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 working days maximum.
